  • Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Your order will generally be shipped on the next business day.

Australian Standard Shipping:

  • We provide tracked standard shipping through reputable carriers such as Sendle (Couriers Please and Aramex) or Australia Post for all domestic shipments within Australia. All orders are dispatches out of Melbourne, except for when purchasing through our Stockists.
  • Please note that standard shipping times may very depending on location. Our team endeavours to ensure timely order dispatch.

  • We may use different couriers at our discretion to ensure the most suitable and time-saving delivery method.

Express Shipping (Within Australia Only):

  • Our express shipping option offers faster delivery with tracking.
  • Occasionally, express shipments may encounter delays beyond our control. Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility or provide compensation for delays once the parcel has left our processing centre.
  • Rest assured, we prioritise expeditious processing to minimise the delivery time.

Important Note:

  • Please be aware that we are unable to modify your shipping address or redirect parcels once your order has been shipped. For any changes post-shipment, kindly reach out to the appropriate courier with your tracking number. Please note that any expenses related to address changes after tracking has been provided are not covered by us.

Standard Tracked International Shipping:

  • We offer standard international shipping with delivery times ranging from 6 to 27 days.

Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that your ordered items are damaged during transportation, please take the following steps:

For Damaged Orders Caused by Australia Post Within Australia:

  • You are responsible for making a claim directly with Australia Post for damaged items, as per Australia Post Shipping Policy.
  • Contact Australia Post customer support, providing all necessary information, including photos, and file a claim with Australia Post. They will guide you through the process and refund you for both postage costs and the damaged product. Be prepared to present your printed order confirmation as proof of the product's cost.
  • If you encounter issues with Australia Post processing your refund, please get in touch with us, we will need some proof of this occurrence.

For Damaged Orders Caused by Sendle Within Australia:

  • We will either replace or refund your damaged item if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the damaged item, allowing us sufficient time to make a damaged item claim with Sendle. We will handle the communication with the courier to resolve the issue.
  • Please send us a photo of the damaged item, including the packaging of the box, the 'fragile' stickers, and bubble wrap to demonstrate that the item was appropriately packaged.
