Nutraviva Pure Bone Broth powder is made from specially selected grass fed and pasture raised New Zealand cattle bones that are high in Type II collagen and packed with nutrients and glycosaminoglycans. It is slowly dried to remove water and the remaining product is a pure collagen protein without any additional salt or flavourings. It has a very subtle beef flavour and is best used as a base for healthy soups, stews, gravies or in any liquid beverage.

Collagen – The cooking process turns collagen into gelatin that provides the body with amino acids – the building blocks of proteins. Collagen holds the body together, plumps skin, lubricates joints and builds muscle barriers to protect the body from pathogens.
Proline – An anti-inflammatory amino acid that builds healthy cartilage.
Glycine – An anti-inflammatory amino acid that is vital for wound healing. The liver also requires it to produce the antioxidant glutathione.
Glutamine and Arginine – These amino acids keep the gut lining healthy and well equipped to heal in the face of constant challenge. They are known to relieve colitis and benefit brain health.
Threonine – This is a biogenic amino acid vital for keeping the gut lining in good health.
Glycosaminoglycans –including are hydrophilic (water-attracting) proteins and include hyaluronic acid, chondroitin, glucosamine, chondroitin and keratan sulphate. They lubricate, cushion and protect cartilage and joints, support collagen and elastin production, benefit skin, hair and nails, as well as the intestinal lining, and make up joint fluid – the body’s shock absorber.

- We provide tracked standard shipping through reputable carriers such as Sendle (Couriers Please and Aramex) or Australia Post for all domestic shipments within Australia. All orders are dispatches out of Melbourne, except for when purchasing through our Stockists.

For Damaged Orders Caused by Australia Post Within Australia:
- You are responsible for making a claim directly with Australia Post for damaged items, as per Australia Post Shipping Policy.
- Contact Australia Post customer support, providing all necessary information, including photos, and file a claim with Australia Post. They will guide you through the process and refund you for both postage costs and the damaged product. Be prepared to present your printed order confirmation as proof of the product's cost.
- If you encounter issues with Australia Post processing your refund, please get in touch with us, we will need some proof of this occurrence.

For Damaged Orders Caused by Sendle Within Australia:
- We will either replace or refund your damaged item if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the damaged item, allowing us sufficient time to make a damaged item claim with Sendle. We will handle the communication with the courier to resolve the issue.
- Please send us a photo of the damaged item, including the packaging of the box, the 'fragile' stickers, and bubble wrap to demonstrate that the item was appropriately packaged.
